Project Scope
The “Workplace Inclusion Champion” platform was developed as a custom WordPress-based Learning Management System (LMS) to support a regional learning and mentorship framework for the Croatian, Slovenian, and Romanian Diversity Charters.
The goal was to create a practical and strategic tool for the Charters’ signatories, empowering them to better implement diversity and inclusion (D&I) principles within their organisations. Through a structured online environment, the platform helps users strengthen their capacity to foster inclusive workplaces across the three countries.
Challenges
The platform needed to accommodate 7 D&I training modules and a comprehensive Regional Diversity Mentorship Scheme, each consisting of:
- Multiple training videos with interactive elements
- Quizzes and user input activities
- Full localisation support for Romanian, Croatian, and Slovenian users
A particular challenge was the integration of a Vimeo Pro account to deliver training videos, each requiring custom subtitles per language and seamless display within the LMS. The multilingual nature of the content required precise user segmentation and an intuitive navigation experience for each audience.
Solutions
We designed and developed a customised WordPress platform using a robust LMS system tailored to the multilingual, multi-country needs of the project. The solution included:
- Custom user roles and access zones for each country
- Dynamic “open course” logic, allowing progressive access as users complete previous modules
- Fully localised interfaces and training content in three languages
- Vimeo Pro integration with per-language subtitle handling
- Training and documentation for platform administrators in each country
The result is a sustainable, scalable learning platform that supports both structured training and mentoring, contributing to a stronger regional approach to workplace inclusion.
